As we prepare for the holiday season it would be very easy to forget or be too busy to vote in the important special election on Dec. 5 to elect your next state senator for the Worcester and Middlesex district. However, every election is important and our choices often have an impact on our area and our lives for many years.
For this reason it is important to elect individuals of the highest integrity, who will make decisions that our for our common good. As a former community leader and as one who has been "on the ground" at the State House, I know how important it is to have strong representation by a state senator who is dedicated to improving the social and economic well-being of everyone in our area.
Without a doubt Sue Chalifoux Zephir by background, experience and reputation meets this standard and more. She will stand up and fight for what is best for our area and will work effectively with her colleagues in the state Senate.
Strong leadership does make a difference, and Sue Chalifoux Zephir is the right choice to be our next state senator.
